White Wines

 

Lugana: from a vine of Turbiana grapes, typical of this area, it has a yellow straw colour with greenish reflections. It is a complex wine, very well structured, elegant, with almond  and mineral scent and a savoury taste

Soil: it consists in a combination of clay soil and limestone rich in minerals

Production per hectare: about 12 tons

Harvest: a selection of hand picked grapes

Wine making process: the wine making process is made with white grapes through fermentation at controlled temperature using selected yeasts

Food pairing:  ideal with all first courses, seafood, shellfish and all types of fish

Alcohol content : 13,5°

Lugana Reserve: from a vine of Turbiana grapes, typical of this area, this wine is complex, very elegant, intense, with an almond scent and a savoury taste. A light golden colour with sparkling reflections, intense scent, fine floral notes of citrus fruits, vanilla and a very aromatic aftertaste

Soil: it consists in a combination of clay soil and limestone rich in minerals

Lugana Magnum: from a vine of Turbiana grapes, typical of this area, it has a yellow straw colour with greenish reflections. It is a complex wine, very well structured, elegant, with almond  and mineral scent and a savoury taste

The Magnum is  a 1,5 litre bottle, entirely bottled by hands in the old artisanal way. It is sold in a very elegant box which is the perfect idea for a prestigious gift.

San Martino della Battaglia: from a Tuchì vine, it is a white dry wine, yellow-citric  colour with warm golden and pale green reflections; it has an intense scent with a unique fresh and bitter taste. A very enjoyable wine

Soil: it consists in a combination of clay soil and limestone rich in minerals

Production per hectare: about 11,5 tons

Harvest: a selection of hand picked grapes

Wine making process: the wine making process is made with white grapes through fermentation at controlled temperature using selected yeasts

Food pairing:  ideal with all appetizers, first course, risotti and any delicate dish

Alcohol content: 14°

Sparkling Chardonnay: from Chardonnay vines, it is of yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. It has an intense scent with fruity notes of apple and citrus fruits

Soil: it consists in a combination of clay soil and limestone rich in minerals

Production per hectare: about 12 tons

Food pairing:  ideal with entrées, appetizers, in any meal, especially in the summer.

Alcohol content: 12.5°

          Red Wines

 

Merlot: it is produced with the best Merlot grapes, it has an intense ruby colour, its taste is smooth, full body with notes of blackcurrant, blackberries and cherries

Soil: it consists in a combination of clay soil and limestone rich in minerals

Production per hectare: about 8 tons

Harvest: a selection of hand picked grapes

Wine making process: the wine making process is made with red  grapes placed in stainless steel tanks through fermentation at controlled temperature

Food pairing:  ideal with any meat dish, roasts, stews, all types of cheeses

Alcohol content: 12°

Cabernet: a beautiful wine from Cabernet vines with cinnamon and clove scents, it has a ruby red colour with purple reflections; it is very well structured, elegant and intense

Soil: it consists in a combination of clay soil and limestone rich in minerals

Production per hectare: about 8 tons

Harvest: a selection of hand picked grapes

Wine making process: the wine making process is made with red  grapes placed in stainless steel tanks  through fermentation at controlled temperature

Food pairing:  ideal with any meat dish, roasts, game, all types of cheeses

Alcohol content: 13°

Adriano: Extraordinary wine, in honour of Patrizia Cadore's uncle, Adriano. 

This prestigious bottle has a velvet label on the front and in the back.

Made with 50% Merlot grapes and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Intense flavour of dark berries, beautiful colour, it comes from a soil rich in mineral salts and limestone.

It ages 2 years in a stainless steel tank and 1 month in a wooden barrique.

Alcohol content: 14,5°

Rosé wine

Rosato wine: from red mixed grapes, it has a lovely pink colour and a fine taste with a light almond aftertaste

Soil: it consists in a combination of clay soil and limestone rich in minerals

Production per hectare: about 12 tons

Harvest: a selection of hand picked grapes

Wine making process: the red grapes  remain in a tank at controlled temperature of 6-8° from 10 to 12 hours until the desired colour is reached, then the must is transferred into another tank to stop fermenting at a controlled temperature of 14-16°

Food pairing:  ideal with appetizers, rice, pasta, meat, fish and cheese

Alcohol content: 13°
